The Front Door
The birdhouse is made of a single pour of concrete with a wood top that
pulls on and off for inspection. The location of the hole is approximately 8
inches from the floor inside. This allows for adequate nesting space to act
as insulation over the winter months. A dowel is inserted beneath the entry
as an outside perch and landing spot for the bird.
